Joy4everJoy Ministries, Inc. (“Joy4everJoy,” “we,” “us”) is a Virginia 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry based in Richmond / Henrico, Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through joy4everjoy.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We will never sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, email us, call our prayer line, or request a study, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message, including prayer requests.
Donations. Gifts are processed securely by PayPal. PayPal shares your name, email address, and gift amount with us so we can thank you and provide tax receipts. We never see or store your card or bank account details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working properly. Our site uses only cookies that are necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
How We Use Your Information

Prayer Requests
We treat prayer requests with care and confidentiality. They are shared only with those praying on your behalf within our ministry, and never made public without your permission.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website and email host (Hostinger) and our payment processor (PayPal), and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Links to Other Websites
Our site links to other services, including PayPal, Amazon, Kit, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Information about children in our programs is provided by their parents or guardians. We share photos of children only with a parent or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for tax and legal records.

We use reasonable safeguards, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other websites, so our site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
